Gets RobTop's handpicked top artists.

Parameters

page - Which page of the artists you want to see

total - Current use is unknown, defaults to the amount of artists there are, but leaving it as 0 works.

Response

A list of song objects with only the required information, the username and the youtube link if available, delimited by a pipe |.
