Sends a message to a user

Parameters

Required Parameters

accountID - Account ID of the user sending the message

gjp2 - The GJP2 of the user sending the message

toAccountID - Account ID of the user retrieving the message

subject - The subject of the message, converted to URL-safe base64

body - The body of the message, converted to URL-safe base64

secret - Wmfd2893gb7

Optional Parameters

gameVersion - 22

binaryVersion - 42

gdw - 0

Response

1 if the message was sent, -1 if a problem occurred, or if the receiver has messages disabled
